Stonecrest at Lookout Canyon is a gated community in San Antonio. The community is governed by its homeowners. The Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association (HOA) would like to welcome you to our Community. Please visit our various website pages for information about our community.
The Stonecrest at Lookout Canyon Home Owners Association is a non profit organization. The Association owns and maintains the common properties and facilities. The common properties and facilities include, but are not limited to, public rights of way or easements, walls, safety lanes, green belt landscaping, sprinkler systems, and improvements.
Every homeowner is an automatic member of the HOA and shares a portion of the responsibility for its support. Current annual assessments are $96.80 per quarter. The quarterly assessment is due not later than the 1st day of January, April, July and October. The assessment is determined on an annual basis by the Board of Directors and may not be increased more than 10% per year without a vote of the quorum of HOA members. Stonecrest residents are also mandatory members of the Pool and Recreation POA (Dues are $200 per year) and the Parkway POA (Dues are $170 per year).
The Board of Directors has contracted with Management Professionals (MP) of Texas Inc. to perform the day-to-day administrative and maintenance functions for Stonecrest. The offices of MP of Texas are located at 7613 Tezel Road, San Antonio, Texas 78250. The phone number is 210-523-1320 and the fax number is 210-523-0381. Hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
